Pros
There are a lot of good people at Relypsa and the size is perfect for me.
Cons
Old CEO is gone and with him went the integrity of senior staff. Upper management is overly political and allow/perpetual sexist work practices/glass ceilings. What men are allowed to do and what women are allowed to do are completely different.
