Work environment is great. No dress code, so you can wear what's comfortable. The product itself is great and it provides a good service for schools. Everyone is really nice and they have regular employee events like cookouts. Management is great, respectful and empowering.

Not too many cons. If you're in the call center, then it's a call center job. But there are opportunities for advancement. It is a cubicle work environment which isn't the greatest, but it's not all that bad.

This company used to be an amazing place to be part of. Everyone loved their job, there weren't many things to complain about, and you could tell you were valued.

Higher level leadership took over a bigger role and started making changes that are ruining the company internally. A person that is power hungry, their way or the highway, and a micromanager was put in charge and instantly started changing everything. They have single handedly ruined everything great about this company. Numerous employees including those that had been with the company for a very long time have quit due to the changes and they keep finding ways to make the job worse. Its like the goal was to intentionally run off as many of the employees as possible and run this place into the ground. They are succeeding in doing that. If you are starting here now, you wont know what you could have had so you may enjoy it. For those that were there over a year, they left or are leaving feeling completely taken advantage of, mistreated, and defeated.
