Pros
They give you above average pay and great benefits to try to offset any negatives. Management is great..but who wouldn't be with nice, quiet offices separate from the rest of the cattle? Free fruit on Tuesdays
Cons
It's a major cube farm. Moooooooooo! Not very motivating environment for the day to day. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The air thermostat is located in the nice, small office area so when management chills themselves out and turns the temp up, it burns up everyone else in the rest of the building. There's way too many people in one building. Restrooms can be scary when you realize how many butts you have to share the stool with.
