Pros
Opportunity to work with colleagues in different departments and open doors to career growth. As a young company, there is room for any hardworking individual to be promoted or for positions to evolve into something bigger or change to something else if you are skilled for that position/responsibility, willing and interested when the opportunities arise.
Cons
Young Co-Founders still learning how to effectively manage people. Employees from time to time may experience burnout because of multiple responsibilities and deadlines. It still comes down to the need for management to get better.
