      Pros

      You get paid every week on Friday. Work is always full time with some overtime. You get to drive to a lot of places

      Cons

      Sometimes the overtime is mandatory and unplanned. Pay isn’t as good as somewhere like Fedex or Amazon, yet you do more work as you actually install the furniture and electronics

      Long hours, weekends → poor work-life balance High stress from sales & collection pressure Inconsistent or micromanaging management Pay often feels low for workload Physically demanding (deliveries, field work) Limited growth; high turnover
