Zero management skills, zero direction. Ridiculous creative director that enjoys throwing ideas at a wall to see what sticks + Unrealistic ideas. Inexperience when it comes to understanding final product, functionality and cost. Yes, they work backwards. A load of work, that's managed by incompetent people who only complicate process with silly meets. Immature, toxic environment.
