      Location, work is fun, some nice people. Decent Pay.

      Cons

      Zero management skills, zero direction. Ridiculous creative director that enjoys throwing ideas at a wall to see what sticks + Unrealistic ideas. Inexperience when it comes to understanding final product, functionality and cost. Yes, they work backwards. A load of work, that's managed by incompetent people who only complicate process with silly meets. Immature, toxic environment.

      Very divided Company that is reactive instead of proactive. Managers do not express interest in planning for production in other countires or factories. employees hours were rolled back and no clear idea when and if they would be returned to normal even after the Covid emergency has passed.
