      Pros

      Unlimited PTO (kinda) Platform is relatively straight forward

      Cons

      No coaching. No integrity, PushPay owns Resi and they constantly talk about caring for the employee and taking care of their people. I did not feel this at all. Unlimited PTO seemed like a scam. With a high quota, good luck actually not working. They do this so they do not have to pay you out when you leave. I took PTO a couple of times and felt as though I would never achieve my goals without working.

      Pros

      The company as a whole has a fantastic culture built on collaboration and support for one another. The CS team in particular are extremely kind and supportive coworkers. The product is a leader in the market. Leadership is some of the best I have ever experienced.

      Cons

      None come to mind, I had a fantastic experience.
