Pros

Pay arrives on time and healthcare is provided, but those are only the bare minimum expectations of any employer.

Cons

Leadership is some of the weakest and most incompetent I have experienced. The CEO shows a lack of basic sense, poor judgment, and no respect for employee boundaries or wellbeing. There is no regard for personal space, and expectations are unrealistic, including demanding at least 10 hours of work daily without any intention of paying overtime. Working here felt like a complete farce.
