Cons
1. Deduct Salary (not mentioned in policies) if not able to give closure for the month, whether client is not giving feedback, Candidate backs out after accepting offer, job went on hold by client, any reason it may be the, but the recruiter has worked hard. The recruiter got the right candidate and delivered, but they deduct salary.
2. They deduct salary if not sent report on time, whether the profiles are pending, CVs are awaiting, they want report by 6:30, if not sent salary deduction.
3. They want 10 CVs daily, whether the profile is niche or in bulk. If not given, they shout and yell and also say salary will be deducted.
4. They ask to work on Sat and Sun and then ask for work on Monday morning, if not given, they will say to not go for family outing or friends outing but to work.
5. Treat like school students, not allowed to rake breaks, go downstairs ir upstairs for walks, they change seating arrangement like school students.
6. Your Day depends on your Bosses mood.
7. They Shout at you like, you are slave.
8. No work ethics
9. They hire women with maternity or marriage breaks, pay them less and burden them in the name of women empowerment.
10. No Work life balance.
