      No end to end Recruitment, only calling They check everything, reports Micromanage, pressurize people No work life balance Strict work timings. Lunch time half hour Late seating Deduct salary. No incentives given on time fake commitments Management have no coordination Policies changed frequently and conveniently Don't join if you want growth in career.
