The owners are phenomenal! They are involved, understand the client's needs, and work to make sure that I, as an employee, know how to handle new information that will help with the client's overall process.

The payroll department seems left on our own... in my opinion. It was difficult to read in an email that our Payroll Director resigned, instead of being reached out to individually to let/us know what was going on and the changes that were coming and what to expect. To be completely honest, when our previous Payroll Director was here, he was not involved, didn't know how to help anything I asked for help with, and wasn't approachable. I hope that this will be different with the new Payroll Director, and look forward to working with her!
