Have several company events throughout the year Quarterly Trainings are facilitated Relaxed dress code Wellness initiatives Benefits are competitive PTO is decent

Cons

Pay is not competitive Not trustworthy/Disloyal Upon on-boarding with this organization, upper management makes you believe Resource Alliance is the BEST company to ever work for. I must tell you they have a great sales pitch. Mgmt has “Alliances” literally, could potential get stabbed in the back Unapologetic/Not always sincere Will go the bat for who they want. If not favored, you are easily disposable
