Pros
Resourceful to teachers and other nonprofits for cost-accessible supplies
Cons
Upper management were classist towards those in non-chief positions and treated them poorly. The CEO should be more accountable for the culture he has built. He often would create and advertise privileges in the workplace that were more so advantageous for him rather than equitable for the rest of the employees. He doesn't enable team-autonomy if he's involved in the planning phase with any project and often interrupts women especially women of color.
