Pros

-Honest, intelligent, and impactful leadership. At RR, you're surrounded by a team of industry leaders with true dedication to your growth. I’ve come to look at our company, particularly our leadership, as family with a commitment to my success and support of myself and my team. - You don't have to 'know it all' walking in. Resource Residential provides all the tools necessary to maximize business and personal achievements. Resource Residential guides, supports, and encourages development and growth while also allowing you the freedom to express new ideas. -Mission that clearly defines our direction and you’re proud to stand behind. It’s exemplified by our CEO who’s extremely personable, with a true open-door policy. As a nationwide company, it’s refreshing to have a CEO who shows a genuine interest in success at the property level. -High quality benefits and compensation that demonstrate a pledge to personal satisfaction and well-being, as well as employee retention. Resource Residential is a company to grow with and understands the importance of providing opportunities for internal advancement. It's rewarding to work with great team of leaders who recognize both individual and team accomplishments and believe in the power of positive reinforcement.

Cons

As a relatively young company, Resource Residential is continually evolving and developing to exceed the demands of our changing and dynamic world. While these advancements have all been positive, it can create obstacles for individuals who are creatures of habit and have difficulty adapting to change.
