Pros

Unlimited pto, good benefits, remote work

Cons

- unattainable quota (no help or support from anyone, no collateral while in the field, SDRs were cut from smb for “lack of ROI” after less than 3 months, no budget to attend local events) - the answer to everything is more cold calls, yet the only deals that close are inbound - training is heavily geared towards enterprise reps. Upper management is completely out of touch with smb approaches - absolutely no human component, don’t expect any support from leadership, you are purely a number - OTE is not what was advertised
