Pros

The pay was pretty nice and it was work from home.

Cons

This is single-handedly the most negative experience with an employer I have ever had. They were extraordinarily unprofessional and I spent the entirety of my time here struggling due to a lack of any sort of real training. HR made a verbal promise and never followed through with management, and accused me of lying when I went to bring it up. This leads me to warn anyone that decides to work for this train wreck of a company, make sure you have a paper trail. Their Human Resources department is not going to be organized enough to handle any pre employment requests. Management was a whole other issue. I was constantly talked down to by a manager with the patience of a toddler. I was eventually terminated due to errors caused by a severe lack of training. I had made my manager aware that she had not sufficiently trained me multiple times, but she did not seem to care and made no effort to amend this. I do not recommend working for Restaurant 365, their lack of not only professionalism, but also their lack of communication and ability to train their new hires lead me to wonder how much longer they will be around.
