Pros

The employees are phenomenal. And it starts out great! You'll love it at first.

Cons

The management is terrible. They don't value or care about their employees. The owner is great but lets people walk all over him. I felt completely undervalued the entire time I worked there. I would go out of my way to do things that were nowhere near my job description. Example, watch and play with employees children after school. Never got so much as a "thank you". While everyone else was getting 90 day reviews, I was told that reviews happen at a year. Yet I would continue to see other employees get 90 day reviews. So in the 10 months that I was there watching their children, and doing graphic design for their social media on top of my other duties, I was kept at my starting rate per hour. I went home to pick up my camera because they asked me to and when I did, my pay was docked for the time that I was gone to get my camera to do them a favor that they were not even paying me extra to do. Then I was fired for putting in my two weeks.
