Everyone is on call at least once a week and once a month. No bonus structures in place for incentives. No profit sharing available, and no commission
Benefits are outstanding. I love my schedule. Easy to get along with coworkers.
Cons
Nobody likes being on call. That is probably the only con I can think but it comes with the business. You sign up for it when you work in this industry.
