Pros

- Pay on par with scale. - A couple people "get it." - Good software

Cons

You'll likely see the red flags in your interview. Trust your instinct! They've fired two full sales teams in 3 years because no one is making any sales. They refuse to accept that it's the way things are run and blame the sales team. Process changes based on the whims of a couple of executives. Friends / family are elevated and given a leisurely ride. Territory is whoever they decide owns it on that day or whoever gets there first. If you're lucky you won't be placed in daily "check-up" meetings for at least a couple of months.

Pros

There's a real sense of pride here around the exceptional service we deliver to customers. Going the extra mile for them is the norm. It is incredibly motivating. Providing excellent customer care is in our company culture. It is something we all strive for every day! I find it very rewarding to be part of a team that consistently aims for excellence.

Cons

The constant push for excellence can sometimes be draining.
