No process at all.. and everyone here work like a slave. You will be treated like a daily wage employee. Tight deadline and strict office timings. No benefit to the employee. Senior level people around 10 members will rule the company and rest all just work for them. You will be having a attendance register as we followed in school. Watchman in front of the office will notedown the timings of when u r coming and when u r going. It's that silly company
