Airbnb stipend, Equinox discount, Friday family meals, beautiful Soho office

Cons

Sales team has very lofty goals, with little to no support from managers. Expected working hours are out of control (60/wk minimum). “Mean Girls” environment- managers do little/oftentimes are in the middle of the gossip. Very little support from CEO and HR. Do not join with hopes of learning from others, as you will be thrown into the business with little tools.

Resy is very committed to developing it's people and helping them succeed. While there is still some red tap due to the Amex ownership, the company is growing in many ways and is delivering great results!

The work is interesting and collaborative, and employees have the chance to contribute to impactful initiatives for a well-known brand.

Cons

Challenges included inconsistent processes, unclear ownership across teams, and fragmented communication between stakeholders and tools. Frequent shifts in priorities sometimes made planning and execution difficult, and onboarding/access management could be improved. There is an opportunity for stronger operational alignment, transparency, and cross-functional coordination to improve overall efficiency and collaboration.
