Worst company culture I have ever experienced. The teams don’t work well together, there is very little communication from management and you are pushed to sell features that either haven’t been built yet or have been delayed. Some of the manager’s in NY have unbelievably nasty attitudes, even towards each other.
The sales metrics for the outside sales team are unachievable given the resources and support provided, and do not account for the maturity of each market. Very few outside reps achieve goal consistently, and the commission structure is deceptive. More than 1/2 of the outside sales team has been let go over the past few months.
