Worst company culture I have ever experienced. The teams don’t work well together, there is very little communication from management and you are pushed to sell features that either haven’t been built yet or have been delayed. Some of the manager’s in NY have unbelievably nasty attitudes, even towards each other. The sales metrics for the outside sales team are unachievable given the resources and support provided, and do not account for the maturity of each market. Very few outside reps achieve goal consistently, and the commission structure is deceptive. More than 1/2 of the outside sales team has been let go over the past few months.

Resy is very committed to developing it's people and helping them succeed. While there is still some red tap due to the Amex ownership, the company is growing in many ways and is delivering great results!

The work is interesting and collaborative, and employees have the chance to contribute to impactful initiatives for a well-known brand.

Cons

Challenges included inconsistent processes, unclear ownership across teams, and fragmented communication between stakeholders and tools. Frequent shifts in priorities sometimes made planning and execution difficult, and onboarding/access management could be improved. There is an opportunity for stronger operational alignment, transparency, and cross-functional coordination to improve overall efficiency and collaboration.
