Pros

Working at retailcomm is a joy! I've been blessed to work here for a while now, and it's been amazing to see how leadership is taking our ideas and implementing them. They've really worked on adding perks to improve our work-life balance. We already had the ability to bring dogs to work and work-from-home for most roles, but this year, they also initiated flex-time. It's been a game-changer in all the best ways! You can tell that the leadership is always looking for ways to improve work-life balance. Things can get busy and stressful when there are tight deadlines, but working here really is work hard and play hard! We've had some super fun happy hours, lots of breakfasts and lunches provided by retailcomm, and a TALENT SHOW! To say it was awesome is an understatement! If you're looking for a place to be recognized for hard work, to grow in your career, have fun with an incredible team of people, and be heard, retailcomm could be for you!

Cons

There are some incredibly busy times in the industry of experiential, and it can be stressful. However, if you've got grit and determination to do your job well, you can get through it. Since the company is still growing, each member of the team is really vital to its success. It's not the company for someone who wants to take a backseat on the team.

Pros

I absolutely love my job! This is a company with values I thought did not exist anymore. I feel like I am a part of a team. They want to hear my opinion and what I have to bring to the table. The CEO is kind and very generous especially with time off and holiday. This is truly a family oriented company. They strive to provide the best for their employees.

Pros

Working at retailcomm is never boring! This entrepreneurial company moves at a fast-pace and never fails to deliver for their clients, even when it means putting in hours of extra work and going the extra mile. Each person working here makes a huge difference, and the work they do counts. There are ample opportunities for growth and learning in every role. In addition to individual contributions making a big difference, the company offers a great team environment, and the people working here are just awesome! We have done some fun activities as a team like having ping pong or basketball tournaments, hosting a company-wide Talent Show, and doing some community service projects. Other pros include bringing your dog to work, competitive salaries, opportunities for bonus/awards, excellent time off benefits including getting your birthday off, and the opportunity to have insurance. If you're looking for a place to work hard and be rewarded for it, be a meaningful addition to the team, and experience personal and professional growth, come to retailcomm!

Cons

Due to the size of the company, each person's work is vital and that makes the standards higher than at some larger companies. It's probably not the ideal place for someone who wants to coast in their career.
