Pros
Great work life balance. Massive variety of clients to work on. Vary warm and welcoming people to work with. As a startup the roles are constantly changing and while this doesn't suit everyone, I've found it fantastic to improve my skills in different areas.
Cons
Some clients have very bad books and records, and we will spend too much time focusing on these cases and neglecting better ones resulting in them also not being happy with the service. There is a 3-month probation period with no WFH during that time.
