Unprofessional - Anonymous employee Retro Biosciences Employee Review

The people and the process. Their interview process is one of the worst in the industry or they are just a bunch of tech Bros trying to do biotech. Not sure which one. They give you 15 minutes of a conversation in which their people talk most of the time, don't care about what you can do, so I guess they are just looking at you and deciding. Then they donot bother following up for weeks. Definitely not a process I have seen with any serious Biotech company. I believe they are looking for more tech Bros to join them instead of serious scientists!
