RetroFit has been a great place to work. Everyone is genuine and wants to help you out any way they can. Jacqueline has been amazing in helping me transition into the industry, where I had no prior experience. She has constantly worked with me in understanding the industry and becoming a better sales representative. I started out in Business Development and have had the opportunity to change roles, most recently into the Inside Sales position, which is more fitting for me personally. Everyone at RetroFit is easy to get along with and it is a great place to work.
Cons
The role can be demanding and fast paced at times, but is very manageable.
