Very good work/life balance. As long as you put in 8 hours a day they are fine. VERY laid back (depending on the kind of person you are this can be good or bad.) Not much micromanagement. You can be involved in almost any part of the company you want (HR, research etc.)

It is really nothing but cold calling 8 hours a day. All day. Every day. Upper level management does not really do a good job of communicating. Company culture is so laid back that it doesn't really contribute to your growth as an individual and professional. Wasn't too proud to tell people at networking events that I was a professional telemarketer. If you have no other option I would take the job to put it on a resume, but you really won't develop the skills to land your dream job.
