Pros
If you consistently let management know about different things you would like to do for the company, client obligations and company strategy permitting, you'll get your chance. The people here are fun, energetic and are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Sometimes there are some last minute requests from clients that require a lot of effort.

Pros
Working here is wonderful! The corporate atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, but productive. People are pleasant and helpful but work gets done. The hours are regular, and management is usually understanding about outside of work emergencies.
Cons
None so far! Management is very accessible and resolves problems quickly.
