      Standard start-up "our mission is your life" BS. When a founder is quizzing you over their values at a stand-up over directing why and how they're leading you towards meeting revenue goals - run far away. No strategy, stuck in the founder-led "I did it this way for so long" without any grasp of how to scale

      From my first interview to my last, everyone was EXTREMELY amazing. Every person I talked too was super welcoming, nice, and just made the whole process feel really comfortable. Anytime I had a question during the interview process, the recruiting team were very responsive and helpful, and got back to me quick. They really made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Overall it was a really great experience and I appreciated how supportive everyone was through out the whole thing.

      Cons

      None really. Everything from the turn around time to how informative everyone was, was top notch. The whole process felt smooth and put together, and I never really felt left wondering what was going on.
