Could use more consistency in scheduling.

My experience: Good product. Tutors love what they do. Online tutoring makes academic help more accessible. Price makes it less accessible. Outwardly, they're admirable in their aims.

My experience: - Significant C-suite turnover - multiple CEOs/presidents in 4 years. - Employee turnover - Proven through hiring and firing that they favor politicking over output/capability/contribution - C-suite can't answer hard questions and ends up talking in circles - Comes up with reasons not to give you a raise - if you push back, they can't defend - Lets go of critical team members then tries to hire personal assistants with that cash (caveat: I heard this second hand after my whole team was let go) - Every day is a fire drill - a direct result of bad decisions in the boardroom and unwillingness to tackle challenges head on And yes, there was an incentive initiative to "encourage" positive reviews on Glassdoor and other review sites -> Literally trying to sweep problems under the rug and keep going as is.
