A strong team spirit that has grown steadily throughout my 20 years at the company. A genuine feeling of support: knowing my back is covered while also contributing to covering my teammates’. A collaborative environment where trust and mutual commitment become the foundation of daily work. A culture that allows belonging to evolve naturally as roles, responsibilities, and relationships mature over time.

Cons

Belonging wasn’t as evident in the early years, taking time to develop and strengthen. It can take a while to fully understand the dynamics of the team and reach that deeper level of mutual trust.
