Pros

Very smart colleagues who genuinely care about their work. The company values and culture are very good. Policies are inclusive and flexible, good work-life balance. Great pension and health insurance. Good subsidized social activities.

Cons

No end year bonus and year-to-year pay increase is low. Technicians and Scientist I often get bored of repetitive tasks quickly and leave the company.
