Nightmare! - Pharmacy Assistant Rexall Employee Review

The amount of abuse taken from management is absolutely DISGUSTING! The work place is a constant disaster because of lack of staffing and the work load just keeps on piling up. You go into work everyday with the feeling that there is no point because NOTHING ever gets achieved. They have cut hours drastically and are forcing staff to now do the work of 3 people but for the pay rate of 1 person. SOME of the new management are egotistical, immature and unprofessional, thinking that bullying and be-littling their staff is going to get the work done.
