Pros
employee discount couldn't get fired easily because of the union nice co-workers and (customers most of the time)
Cons
barely got any hours, and since we had to pay union bi-weekly, you more than likely made less than minimum wage only accounting for the union dues (not even taxes!) they made you stay overtime closing without paying overtime at all basically understaffed and overworked
