Not worth it at all - Anonymous employee Rexel Group Employee Review

Unorganized company, no yearly merit increases (they are every 2 years IF you are top tier employee).Management is clueless and doesn't know how to treat their employees. There is no true leader. Micro-managing at its finest here. Employee moral is at an all time low (recent internal surveys show that). Top talent is now gone from Rexel.
