      Pros

      One pro is that you don't usually need to work overtime, but that's about it

      Cons

      Discrimination Harassment Blame by management without any evidence Favouritism (yes, I'm looking at you North Ryde office managers who only trust and try to satisfy branch managers and only branch managers, and those office managers who have no trust in staff who sit in the same room as you)

      Toxic manager ruined the culture.

      Pros

      Fast paced work environment. I enjoy being busy. Work culture was good. Was friendly and great work mates made it bearable.

      Cons

      Small raises below interest rates handed out. Work piled on and on. Work handed out lopsided to best and worst performers. Slackers are not punished or brought into line. Work breaks can be hard to come across. Expectations at maximum always but not willing to pay to keep good staff.
