Pros
Salary is ok: 19.1k for a Warehouse worker for 45 hours a week (1hr break a day not paid) Management / Supervisors: Approachable but depend too heavily on certain individuals and don't put enough pressure on those who don't do enough. Growth: You can move up in the company, but it would probably be more likely to happen if you don't bind yourself to one specific location as vacancies can come up at different locations
Cons
Management too soft on lazy staff Salary is not reviewed annually. Bonus schemes announced in past but only ever made reachable once and then the goalposts were moved.
