Pros
There are pockets of good people there but most of them are leaving. In the past three months the CEO, two CFOs and multiple VP/Directors have left. The CEO and one of the CFOs left without having another position lined up.
Cons
There is a lack of strategy and everything is a fire drill. HR department is a joke. We have been having a mass exodus of upper management and there has not been any communication or effort to calm the workforce. There is very little confidence in most of the upper management team that is still there. Rexel Holdings USA is a holdings company for a French company and consists of multiple banners. Between the infighting between banners and the constant unrealistic expectations from Paris, the culture and atmosphere is pretty negative.
