Pros

Higher than average pay + commission. Use of latest tech giving ability to service customer on a LARGE or small scale. Obscene amount of Vacation and Sick time. The Team truly cares and is knowledgeable.

Cons

-Constant restructuring, "right-sizing" and change. -The guys calling the shots have never worked in a Distribution warehouse or Branch. They have financial and marketing degrees and care only about numbers on a spread sheet. - Customer service is second to the internal "dart board mentality" to grow Profit. - Rexel stated at Stock Holder meeting in France that they will dissolve 10% of their overall Company by 2016.

A well established multi-continental company.

Cons

It's a giant company. They do a pretty good job of disguising that and it's been a great experience.
