      The pros of Rezdy would be their flexible schedule and Work/Life Balance

      Cons

      The cons sadly outweigh the pros in the US office start-up. Salary, Management in Australia won't give up any power to US office which causes a LOT of miscommunication, Located in a not so nice part of town, office "drama" by people trying to "get ahead".
