      Familial environment, amazing benefits, interesting work environment, small team that does a lot of work for catalog artists. Overall decent experience.

      Cons

      Management can be difficult to work with. Sometimes difficult personalities between employees. Very cliquish work environment. Low pay compared to other organizations in the industry.

      The music, SOME of the people.

      Cons

      When the other reviews say "low pay" they aren't kidding. It's embarrassingly low. After conferring with a group of people, it was discovered that men with lesser education and experience are paid better than women with advanced degrees. This company has a tendency to run good and friendly employees off in favor of those who make the work environment toxic. Management can be rude and cold. HR can be dismissive. It's just not worth it.
