Pros
Friendly staff, inviting workplace, an overall great environment to learn about the music industry and build connections. They genuinely seem to care for their interns and will listen to you. They want you to have the best experience possible and have the ability to explore whatever fields you want. People seem very happy to work there and most employees seem to stay for a very long time. They also seem to have a very good work life balance.
Cons
It seems hard to get a job there after an internship since the company is small and many people stay for a long time. Also this internship is very legal centric. If you do want to get a job there with the opportunity to move up over time, it will be very difficult if you do not have a lawyer. I think half of the company is made of lawyers.
