Amazing place to work and grow.

I have no complaints in my 1.5 years here so far.

Good location and a nice office.

Too many to count. Upper management is abusive - and by abusive, I mean long, loud, obscenity-laden rants! If you are on salary you are expected to work 18 hours a day, weekends and holidays. I personally heard one Senior Manager say, "She is on salary - work her until she drops". Meetings are beyond painful - nothing is accomplished. They are either pointless cheerleading sessions or one of those long, obscenity-laden rants. Unrealistic metrics, sweat shop mentality. They claim to have a "start-up mentality" when in reality Management simply cannot decide on a path and stay with it. You will come crawling out of there at the end of an unbearably long day depressed and demoralized. Do yourself a favor and walk away!
