Sales and support staff were regularly belittled and abused. Senior management turned a blind eye to the abuse of lower-level staff. Senior management intentionally worked salaried employees 60+ hours per week. "Work them until they drop" was the norm. I am told that the worst abusers have been purged from the company, however, it was horrendous when I was there. I certainly hope things have improved.
