Customers are happy basically everyday, you're around racecars every day and if you like being outside-this is the place.
Seemed to be a fun place while I was there, although I didn't associate much outside of work.
Cons
Biggest con: relationships. There are more friends/couples/secret lovers/marriages here than should be legally allowed. It is very obvious it affects the judgement of many of its Managers and upper-level managers / executives.
-Vacation has no cash value. In a business where you are constantly over-worked (if you're Full Time and Salaried) and are offered 'comp' days in lieu of you working over 40hrs, if they can you then all your vacation is gone. Forever.
