Low pay, customer services is about $12/hr while warehouse is around $10/hr, upper management makes far more and its evident in how they treat others. Upper management doesn't really care for employees, and often asked them to work overtime to fulfill their sales orders so they don't look bad to the owner. Yet, even if the employees go out of their way to fix/resolve the problems (that they likely had nothing to do with causing), there is seldom a "thank you" given. The owner is way too hands on and micro-manages, even out in the warehouse. Management is male dominated and clique orientated and if you don't kiss up you wont see raises even if your work is top notch. I also find it odd how the owner talks about how much he cares for his employees, yet all the production workers are latino and paid very little while the old white guys make a comfortable enough living to drive luxury cars. This company makes upwards of $20 Million a year, yet the average employee is paid around 13/hr and raises are seldom given. Lastly, there is very little room for advancement due to the "manager" positions being set in stone, and they don't want your pay to be too close to theirs.
