Pros

The job is easy & easy customer service work experience if you are wanting some experience somewhere.

Cons

The pay is minimal and the atmosphere is toxic. Managers belittle you and always jump to conclusions. If owner walks by while you are on your phone you will be glared at and lectured by your manager--even if you are responding to a text from your kids or babysitter. Cowokers will always throw you under the bus if it means they'll look better or to keep themselves out of trouble. If the company is running behind instead of hiring more help they will ask you to do major overtime, and they will require it.

Pros

No customer service needed. Very little time used in clean up, about 5-10 minutes a day only. Company party, and large break room.

Cons

Very few workers can speak English. The managers are under strict pressure to maintain perfection and hand that pressure over to the rest of the team. Machine operators must produce 165 hats a day or they will be terminated from employment.
