Pros

-- Immediate coworkers are cool. -- Somewhat flexible start time (any time before 9am). -- Free drinks for the art department (La Croix, kombucha, etc). -- Okay as a first job after graduating.

Cons

-- If you're a designer, you won't get anything for your portfolio here. -- Upper management in your department will never take your side and will always assume anything out of place is your fault. Don't attempt to explain what happened, you're wasting your time. -- I was here for two years and I saw one creative project given to us designers, which lasted for about half a day. -- Almost all of your work will be opening "art sheets" (PDFs with vectors of caps and customer logos on them), and changing the colors of the logo, or putting the logo on different caps (depending on what the order calls for), and then sending it to Customer Service. -- All of the new hires (myself included) were called into an office one morning and were berated by being explained the importance of being a good employee, and then were pointed at and individually asked, "do YOU understand that?" All of those people quit within a few months. I went back to that office later in the day to ask for some specific examples of things I could've done better, and the person had nothing for me. Memorable quote: "You have design degrees! Use them!" -- I'd never felt so disrespected at a job. -- You don't need to be a designer to work in the art department, you just need to know how to use Illustrator and how to use Teams. -- In my two years, there were 14 designers that quit. The average size of the department is about a dozen people. I'm the 15th to leave now. -- The "Graphic Designer" position should be renamed, "Visual Data Entry".

Pros

No customer service needed. Very little time used in clean up, about 5-10 minutes a day only. Company party, and large break room.

Cons

Very few workers can speak English. The managers are under strict pressure to maintain perfection and hand that pressure over to the rest of the team. Machine operators must produce 165 hats a day or they will be terminated from employment.
